What makes the “Wellness Dynamics’ Programs” different from other wellness programs?
The programs are designed to help you realize your goals and KEEP them! The Wellness Success Program is a phased, step-by-step approach allowing you to make small changes every day ultimately leading you to make the life style changes you CHOOSE to make. You can use these guidelines FOR LIFE as it provides you with the foundation of your unique wellness plan. The support and weekly coaching session allows you to also tweak your plan so you get results faster and easier.

What if I already tried to nutrition or ‘diet’ programs and they didn’t work?
Then Wellness Dynamics is perfect for you! Many of my clients come to me AFTER they tried other programs but been unsuccessful. Our programs will reignite your metabolism; change your taste buds and lifestyle so you will lose weight permanently. Many of my clients also love food but realize that living a high quality of life is also very important so they are ready to play full out and invest in themselves.
Is it the right time to get started now when I’m so busy?
It’s always the right time to get healthy and if you are looking for the ‘perfect’ time, then you will never start. Let go of your perfectionism and get started today. It’s better to take baby steps than not take any action at all.
What if I don’t cook?
You don’t need to cook to be successful. You can either pick up your foods or eat out. You will receive all the guidelines of what foods to eat and your portion size – and many of my meal recommendations takes less than 5 minutes to put together!
How can Wellness Dynamic’s programs save me time and money?
The “Wellness Dynamics” Program will save you time because you will only eat foods that you like and with my prepping techniques you will never waste foods. It’ll also save you money because you are crystal clear of what foods to buy and how much.
I travel so much that I just don’t know if this will work for me
Many of my clients travel as part of their work and life style. They are able to adapt this program and make it a life style. It starts with a willingness to try and then it’s simply about knowing what questions to ask and how to be best prepared. I’ll help you with that.
