Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping/handling fees and a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by customer. Opened supplements may not be returned.

Wellness Success Program

Participants in the Wellness Success Program may cancel out of the program within 7 days of purchasing the program and receive 100% money back, no questions asked. If supporting supplement packages were shipped prior to cancellation, they may also be returned, unopened, with a 10% restocking fee, per the Supplements return policy above.

Payment schedule for multi-pay options begins on date of first payment.

Personalized Profile Tests

You may cancel your order within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund minus a 10% reversal fee, as long as your test has not been sent to or processed by the lab. Refunds are not available once your test has been sent to the lab.

Coaching Sessions and Programs

You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase and receive a full refund as long as you have not used any coaching sessions.
